CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the scheduled party date. The $100 deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within one year. The costs of add-on items are non-refundable. If in the unforeseen case of an emergency, we must cancel your party date, you will receive a refund of your $100 deposit in addition to any amount already paid toward your party balance. This is the only circumstance in which the deposit is refunded and we will provide notification in the unlikely circumstance that this occurs.


​Your party date is not confirmed until the $100 deposit is made.


Once the deposit is paid, be mindful that your remaining party balance must be paid in full no less than 2 days prior to your party date. If it is not paid by this time, your party may be subject to cancellation without a refund on any amount paid toward the party, including the initial $100 deposit.


If one of your party guests cancels, please be aware that we do not offer refunds per guest teepee.


LIABILITY


Dream Team Teepee Company is not liable for any accidents that occur during the rental period. The client accepts all liability when renting from Dream Team Teepee Company. The client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged, or destroyed equipment will be charged to the client at full replacement value. Please refer to our safety guidelines below to understand any risks associated with our party rentals and ensure that every child has a safe experience.


SAFETY POLICY


We feel that it’s most exciting for the party room to be vacated while we’re setting up and a surprise for the child once decorated. If your children will be in the room during the teepee set up, we ask that you provide direct adult supervision to children. This is to keep everyone safe as things are moving around! We also ask that you please ensure that any pets are not in the party space during set up or pick up.


We use inflatable air mattresses as beds. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission advises adults to never let a child under the age of 15 months on inflatable air mattresses as doing so poses a risk of suffocation to the infant. Please ensure no children under the age of 15 months are sleeping on the teepee air mattresses.


WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?


Invoices will be sent and paid through Square. We accept most all major credit cards.


WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?


The replacement cost of all damaged or missing items are the responsibility of the client as stated in our Teepee Rental Agreement. Renters and guests are prohibited from jumping on the air mattresses. Nail polishes, makeup, food and drinks should not be used in the teepee or on the air mattress. ​



PREPARING FOR YOUR EVENT DATE


Dream Team Teepee Company requires that the designated teepee areas be cleared of furniture. We are prohibited from moving furniture. Dream Team Teepee Company requires that floors be clean before our arrival.

Each child should bring their own pillow. All other linens are provided.




What are your themes? Can I customize my party?

We are happy to accommodate and plan with clients customization theme requests for a fee, which goes toward the cost of the new inventory purchased for the request. Many times, our clients request a combination of colors and inventory from different themes we already offer, in which case, a fee is not assessed. Please provide as much detail as possible in your initial booking form request so we can ensure what we deliver meets, if not exceeds, your expectations!


What are the dimensions of the mattresses you use?

Our inflatable mattresses are twin sized:


Length: 6.25 ft

Width: 3.25 ft

Thickness: 13 in


Teepees are generally set up next to each other and/or opposite depending on the space available.

How do I book a party?

Click HERE to book a party. First, you’ll fill out the Booking Form. We’ll email you a confirmation and our rental agreement and an invoice. You’ll pay your $100 deposit, and then you’re booked! Two days before the party we’ll send a confirmation text and you’ll pay the remaining balance.


Do you require a deposit?

Yes! A $100 deposit is required upon booking. Payment of the deposit secures your party date and preferred theme. Remaining balance is due two days before your party.


What areas do you service?

We currently service Brazoria County, but if you live close, inquire with us!


Is the linen washed after every use?

Absolutely! All linens are laundered after each rental. Mattresses, pillows and decorative items are always disinfected after every use.


Do I need to wash the bed linen before it is collected?

No – we will take care of all the cleaning.


Are pillows provided?

No – children need to bring their own pillows.


Is delivery and set up included?

Delivery and set up is included in the Dream Package. Please see our Pricing page for packages.


Can I hire teepees for more than one night?

Yes, for a $100 fee, if available.


Can we eat in the tents?

Nail polishes, makeup, food and drinks should not be used in the teepee or on the air mattress. ​


What additional policies and terms should I be aware of?

Upon receipt of your Booking Request, we’ll send you our rental Agreement for you to review and sign in order to book with us. You will then be required to pay the $100 deposit to secure your date.
